What’s different about Muse Threads now?
When will I be charged?
Normally, you will be charged for your Limited Edition Releases only after our minimum order quantity has been met. You can easily check this progress on the product page.
When will my order ship?
Limited Edition Releases ship about 60 days after the order window closes. Zip Convertible Footies will take a little it longer, but can ship separately.
Will there be any leftovers?
We expect each collection to have a few leftovers, but not many...we highly recommend shopping the drop to make sure you reserve yours!
What if my item doesn't reach the minimum needed?
If you purchased an item that doesn't meet our minimum order quantity, we will reach out to you via email to see if you want to change your order or cancel the item.
What does "manufacturing-on-demand" mean?
In our new pre-order system, you’ll place your order during our exclusive release windows, and we’ll manufacture your items specifically for you. This allows us to minimize waste and produce only what’s needed. It also means each piece is created just for you.
What happens while I am waiting for my order to arrive?
All customers who participate in a limited edition release will be signed up to receive weekly email updates with photos and videos of their actual pieces being printed, pieced and inspected. They will also get exclusive information about the artist who designed the print!
Will there be Drop Day discount codes?
Yes! There is a 15% discount available to all customers during the first 24 hours of a drop.
Will you still offer ready-to-ship items?
As part of our new approach, we’ll no longer carry large inventories of ready-to-ship items. Instead, we’ll focus on exclusive, limited releases with each collection. However, we are offering a final sale on our current Muse Classic inventory, with items available for immediate purchase.
What happens if I miss a release window?
Our release windows will typically last one week, and we’ll announce them ahead of time to ensure everyone has the opportunity to shop. If you miss a release, don’t worry—new collections will drop regularly, and you can sign up for notifications so you don’t miss the next one!
What does this mean for pricing?
We’ve reimagined our pricing model to make our high-quality, artist-driven pieces even more accessible. You’ll find that our prices are competitive with brands offering lower-quality products, while we maintain our commitment to premium fabrics and artistic design.
What happens to the Muse Classic collection?
We’ll be saying goodbye to the Muse Classic collection as part of our rebranding. As a thank you for your support, we’re offering 50% off all Muse Classic items during our rebranding sale, so you can snag your favorite pieces before they’re gone!
How can I be part of the new ambassador program?

Can I return or exchange items?
Since each piece is made specifically for you, returns and exchanges will be limited. However, we’ll do our best to work with you if there are any issues with the fit or quality of your item. Please reach out to our customer service team for assistance.
